LaunchLens Clarity Session – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Provided
The LaunchLens Clarity Session is a 30-minute consultation designed to provide idea validation and a personalized roadmap for your business concept. It is not financial, legal, or investment advice.
2. Payment
Full payment of $99 is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refunds
Because this is a one-time, personalized service, refunds are only available if LaunchLens must cancel and cannot reschedule your session.
5. Confidentiality
LaunchLens will keep all ideas and materials shared during your session confidential. However, this agreement does not establish a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA). If you require an NDA, please request one in writing before your session.
6. Limitation of Liability
LaunchLens provides clarity and strategy suggestions based on experience and industry best practices. Implementation and results are your responsibility. LaunchLens is not liable for business outcomes or decisions made after your session.
